Seems like everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving in 7C and some were still suffering from a turkey coma. We got back into the routine today and here’s what we got up to today.
Les sciences humaines 7C & B – I have marked the quiz but I still have one student that needs to complete it. The students will have their quiz back by Thursday at the earliest. The marks will be up this afternoon. The students did quite well but a few struggled with the multiple choice questions. I will spend the week doing some investigating hoping to solve any comprehension issues with the material. Some of the students have specific homework to complete – Page 8 of the student booklet. The instructions are on the task and the reference material needed is on previous pages in the booklet. Students should review the hierarchy presentation in the sciences humaines folder here on the website.
FLA 7C – The students presented their scripts today. They prepared some interesting characters and some even used some props and unique characters. I always enjoy those extra touches to projects such as these. The students need to review all questions and answers in the powerpoints for future review sessions in class.
Les mathématiques 7C – The students completed some final work with reflections. Most had finished an in-class assignment on reflections but some will need a good dozen minutes tonight to complete it. We started on rotations on the Cartesian Plain with an initial introduction. The students quickly picked up on the trends for rotations and will be able to develop a guide for their classwork.
