Here’s what we got up to today.
Les sciences humaines 7B – The students shared their homework assigned from Tuesday with a partner. Between the two students, they each prepared a good copy of a comparison between the social structure of Ancient Egypt and Canada. We were able to get a majority of it done today and we will continue next class.
FLA 7C – The students practiced the question – qu’est-ce que tu aimes faire – in particular situations. They interviewed a second partner today and have been assigned to interview a third person outside the classroom with the same questions. There is a copy of the questions added to the Français folder for review and in case they did not bring their copy home. They need the answers for a class assignment on Monday.
Les sciences humaines 7A – We completed our comparison today and they should be marked by Sunday. All quizzes have been written and grades should be in SAS before the afternoon ends.
Les mathématiques 7C – We worked more on rotations today. We will need to review and practice rotations a bit more but we should complete this unit at the end of next week. I will schedule a test either late next week or early the following week. Some students still need to complete their classwork from today. I have attached the work in the math folder – les rotations. Anyone who claims to be done can practice these rotations again; the answers are included. The students are struggling with their numbers in French and need to review these at home. They have a hand out with the numbers and here are two online resources to use:
