Good day, good day. Two general announcements for the class. Our yearbooks have arrived and there are still some available for purchase. They are 35 dollars and available for purchase at lunchtime. Permission forms have been distributed for our school trip to Sandspit on Tuesday, June 25th. The forms all should have arrived home and it includes all pertinent details.
Les sciences humaines 7A – We worked on the final details for page 19, our comparison of social structures and norms between the three societies. We finished up our documentary of the rise of Julius Caesar and the appointment of Augustus as emperor, which is where we began our study of the empire.
Les sciences humaines 7C – We began comparing the social structure and norms of the three different societies. Many students were out for the Battle of the Bands, so they will be responsible for catching up on what they’ve missed. We continued into our Roman Empire documentary and have now met Julius Caesar and Cleopatra.
Les maths 7C – We applied our data analysis strategies from yesterday’s class to some questions from the text. Students are feeling confident about organising the info, identifying the mode and the mean. I have uploaded the google classroom homework for tonight and tomorrow evening.
FLA 7C – We worked on passé composé using the bescherelle.
