Good day and bonjour. The sales for the Recipes in a Jar fundraiser are going really well. The students are doing really well with their sales and the motivation remains high. If the brochure has been lost, please refer to http://www.recipesinajar.ca. Here’s today’s classes.
La science 7D – We continued into our review questions in the workbook, pages 12 and 13. We will be having a small quiz on Monday, September 30th. The students will receive an assignment that will function as a study guide in tomorrow’s class.
Le français 7E – We’re starting into our second set of course outcomes working with snacks and expressing likes and preferences. We worked on developing a vocabulary list of preferred snacks.
Les maths 7C & 7D – We continued our work on reflections today. I handed back the homework duotangs and finished most of the quizzes that were missed on Friday. The grades will be put into SAS today and they will be handed back by tomorrow or Wednesday, once everyone has completed it. The google classroom homework has been uploaded.
Les sciences humaines 7A – We finished up the structure of the Canadian government and watched our MPs in action in Question Period. We are finalising the intro unit with examining the evolution of nomads to settlers. We just started into the course question when the bell rang, so we will use Wednesday’s class to get into it.
