My apologies, I got distracted yesterday and failed to update the blog. Here’s the story from yesterday and some items for the students today.

Le français 7E – We started into a new unit on sports and activities. I identified and discussed the objectives of the unit using the government outcomes to give the students an idea of what we’ve completed what our goals are for the second unit. The class was strictly conversational using two presentations. I have uploaded the presentations for the students to review.

Les maths 7C & 7D – We continued using the practice quiz making numbers based on divisibility criteria. We started with a presentation for practice and then the students tried it on their own. The students have two handouts to work on to prepare for their quiz on Friday. I’ve uploaded all the pages in case they are needed. The quiz will remain on Friday.

Les sciences humaines 7D – We continued our resource analysis. The students expanded into some more photos of artifacts and art pieces to further their introduction into Mesopotamia.

Les sciences humaines 7A – We shared our analysis of the second sample intro paragraph. Using the two samples and our observations, the students started their own intro. We moved into the first paragraph of the essay assignment as well. Once we have completed the first draft, we will work on some peer and self editing.
